How Room Booking works

Simplify the booking of meeting rooms and make better use of the rooms you have.

How it works

1. Find a room

Use the Workplace app to find the nearest free room. Or use the indicators in front of each room.

2. Check-in

Secure your space by checking in. Either check in at the screen in the room or in the Workplace app or in the notification by email and/or in Slack.

3. Free up space

If you no longer need your space, you can immediately make room for others by releasing rooms or ending your meeting early.

4. Make smart decisions

Workplace Analytics gives you insights into the actual use of space. In this way, you can optimise space capacities and their use while reducing costs.

Book a room from anywhere and at any time without having to think about the best tool

Use Envoy Mobile, Google Calendar, Office 365, or the display by the door to book a meeting room where and when you need it.

Release capacities

Release room capacities manually or automatically when booked rooms are not used.

Make decisions based on data

Decisions about health and safety, workplace design and layout are best made based on valid, available data from Workplace Analytics.
